This gives our expert Stretch Therapists ample time to address all muscle groups, ensuring a thorough and effective stretch experience. Plus, they can pay special attention to any areas that may need extra care and attention.

Short on time or looking to target a specific area of the body? Our 25-minute Maintenance session is the perfect choice. Ideal for those hectic days or when you’re planning multiple visits per week, this option allows you to enjoy the benefits of assisted stretching without sacrificing your schedule.
