Terms & conditions

1. All Memberships have a three month minimum commitment.
2.Membership can be frozen after the first 3 month period for a maximum period of 6 months.
3. Unused sessions cannot be rolled over to the following month.
4.Stretch credits can be shared with others, but signature membership credits cannot be shared.
5. After the first 3 months, your membership will continue to roll over until fourteen days written notice is given to terminate.
6. Cryotherapy is accessible from opening until 5pm every day (subject to change with prior written notice given to members).

Cancellation Policy:

Stretch: 12 hours notice for return of credit. Thereafter, the credit will be lost.
Signature: A charge of £5 will be incurred for late cancellation (within 12 hours) or no-show.

Signature & Complete Membership:

Maximum one visit per treatment per day.
Maximum two treatments per day. 25% discount on any further treatments.
Guest pass allows guest to join you on your visit for up to two treatments, excluding stretch.

Infrared Sauna & Contrast Therapy terms:

Upgrade to 50 min session for £25 per visit (or option to upgrade your membership to unlimited 50 minute sessions for £350 per month).
Option to bring a non-member as a guest outside of your guest pass: +£25 (+£35 if you upgrade your membership to 50 min sessions).
Overstaying the allotted time: The allotted time is for the room and includes showering and changing. A charge may be incurred for staying longer than the allotted time.
