Katie is our Operations Manager, Stretch Therapist, and Personal Trainer. She has been a personal trainer since 2016 specialising in strength and conditioning and has a passion for all things fitness!
The physical and mental strength she has gained from investing so much time and energy into her own health and wellbeing through fitness, enables her to assist her stretch clients to achieve the maximum benefits from their session, helping them increase their range of motion, flexibility and promote an overall sense of wellbeing.
‘I train as I would like to be trained, and I bring that same attitude to 1-2-1 Assisted Stretch. I like to gage my client’s current fitness and wellness routine and build a series of stretches around their current body work that will compliment and enhance their range of motion, power and body’s ability to move effectively.’
Katie is a hugely energetic and inspiring member of our team who has a naturally infectious energy full of warmth, brightness and masses of positivity, this allows all of her clients to feel incredibly relaxed and uplifted in her presence.
