ABOUT MADDI

Having come from a background in dance performance and yoga teaching, our stretch therapist Maddi has a deep understanding of the human body and how movement and stretch helps support a healthy and vibrant life.

‘I really enjoy helping people find more space and ease within their body. Seeing my clients learn more about themselves through the process of movement and breath is really rewarding.’

Maddi’s experience with yoga and meditation has taught her a lot about mindfulness and presence. This has helped to support her own wellness journey, a demanding dance career and an active life. Maddi brings this wealth of knowledge to each of her stretch clients, aiming to facilitate a positive physical and mental shift throughout their stretch session.
